Rugby World Cup 2019

This tournament will feature a lot of firsts in the rugby world. To start with, Asia has never had a chance to host such an event, and this will be the origin of its kind on this continent. Other than that, subsequent matches are also set to take place in the same hemisphere, something that has not occurred in the past. It is no wonder therefore that fans are on the edges of their seats, waiting to see what will unfold once the competition begins.

Japan has twelve outstanding stadiums set to host the games, and the first match will take place in Tokyo Stadium. The following events will take place in other venues before the closing game at the International Stadium Yokohama. As such, any fan lucky enough to watch the games live will have a chance to experience the games in different locations, adding more excitement to the events.

The Teams

At present, eighteen teams will participate in the games. Japan automatically had a place in the 2019 games based on the fact that they would host the games. They, however, managed to rank third in the pools thus securing a slot. The other slots are yet to get filled, a process which will take place by way of regional playoffs set to take place before the final matches.

The competition will have a knockout mechanism such that teams will compete amongst themselves in pools before heading to the subsequent stages.

There are a lot of high stakes in the 2019 games and placing a wager could have you celebrating alongside the winning team. There are many betting options available at present, and you can start your research as early as today.

2019 will be an exciting year for rugby fans all over the world as they wait to see which nation walks away with the prize. Long Live Rugby!
